Donington just got better - AH

What a great weekend for AHS again. Best result to Danny, who had a fuel pump pack up on the first lap of qualifying which resulted in him starting 32nd in the heat but finishing in 6th position, three places behind Steve Ough.
The final saw the AHS best position of 8th for John Hughes, and best ever qualifying position for the dynamic action man of Vee, Adrian Weston. Steve Ough sat in 13th place and Danny in 16th. From these positions I did not hold out much hope for a top three finish. How wrong can I have been! Danny Hands came in 3rd place and John Hughes 7th with fastest lap. An unbelievable drive from Steve Ough earnt him 8th place. Adrian Weston came 14th with his best lap time of 1:22.3. AHS driver of the day has got to be Adrian "the cake" Weston. And mechanic of the day? ME!
