After Cadwell
16/07/2009

On the whole a good weekend with the exception of Tom!

Tom set a exceptional qualifiying time for both races but with failing oil pressure. The oil looked clean the engine soundrd fine but the oil temp was very high, I changed the oil cooler for a larger one and off Tom went for the first race. Only a few laps in and Tom failed to come around the engine had failed, we were all gutted as Toms progress was very promising. After the race we all agreed to change car and Tom was to drive the Challenger for the second round, again Tom was making very good progress untill the car got away from him and hit the tyre wall. All in all a bad weekend for both Tom and all at AHS.

How ever Paul Smith gained two second places with clear air behind him, Steve Smith had worked very hard over the past weeks and his mods have worked and improved the handling of the Dominator ten fold, Great result for the Smiths well done and thankyou from AHS.

Steve Ough again achive a better lap thim than ever before in the Dominator, a very solid weekend and I think that there is a lot more to come. Great weekend Steve thanks for your efforts, but I think the non alchol kick is a bit to much!

Dave Hodkin continues to push on with on regards for proticol straight through to the finals on both days. and two fifth placrs do not reflect his progress on track he deserved two third places at least! A great result and well deserved.

Alan Robo results are good concidering the kit he is using, a fair result Alan.

Chris and Sam dominated the rear of the grid had a fun weekend and both went home with smiles on there faces.

Tim had an up Hill strugle all weekend with car broblems still he enjoyed his weekend, with the right car and a little bit of reliability Tim could be a regular top eight runner.

New boy Hatten ran the ex Feather car with confidence I will keep an eye on this guy and monitor his progress, still good result, and two finishes.

On the home front Cynth is now home and is starting to improve she might make an appearance at Silverstone, lets hope anyway.
